Due to a recent surge in growth, we've been making changes to our long-term strategy in order to drive efficient expansion of our Operations.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, the Community & Events Manager will be at the forefront, managing our ambassadors, community and presence at key events throughout the year alongside local run and ride club events,.
This role requires a blend of events knowledge, strategic thinking, leadership skills and commercial acumen to navigate the complexities of the wellness, fitness and sports nutrition online landscape.
We are looking for a commercially driven, data-driven, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering marketing initiatives on time, making demonstrable improvements and managing staff to achieve KPIs.
You'll be using powerful analytical and reporting tools to ensure every decision you make is data-driven with forecastable results. Alongside this, you will be required to live and breathe our core values.Main Accountabilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies to support organizational goals, including community building, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including meetups, multi-sport, and networking events.
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop event promotion plans and marketing materials to drive attendance and engagement.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, Ambassadors, and community leaders, to enhance event experiences and maximize opportunities for collaboration.
Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community, including online forums, social media groups, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze event and community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management and community building, incorporating innovative ideas into our strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate event and community initiatives into overall marketing and business strategies.Success in 12 months:
