    Description
    Maintain high standards of care in the management of chronic pain patients in an outpatient setting

    At all times to work in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional conduct/HCPC standards of conduct
    To maintain at all times the highest standard of care for patients. To ensure that all members of the team receive adequate support and are conversant with trust policies in use. To ensure that new and revised policies are implemented.
    To promote good public relations, and maintain effective communication with other departments and health care partners.
    Maintain an efficient reporting system to enable effective communication between all members of the care team.
    Conform to the Trust Drug and Medications Policy, ensuring correct recording of stocks and administration.
    Perform procedures and treatments in accordance with Trust policies.
    Comply with the Trust policy regarding the scope of practice.
    Be aware of and comply with the Trust complaint policy.

    Experience of working in sterile surgical procedures
    Qualifications/training
    Demonstrate professional post-registration development.

    Demonstrate a caring manner with an understanding disposition of equality and diversity.

    Experience of team building and leadership

    Able to accommodate the demands of the post with flexible working as required and good attendance.
    Provide evidence of supervision of students eg preceptorship, education, mentorship
    Understanding of clinical governance/risk assessment
