- Maintain the purchase ledger by recording transactions, reconciling statements, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Manage the sales ledger, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Assist with general accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing documents, organising records, and responding to inquiries.
- Strong administrative experience is essential if you do not have accounts based experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

As a Part-Time Accounts Assistant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and assist with various accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.
Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments and adherence to company policies.This is a part-time position offering 25 hours per week, made of 4-5 hours per day across 5 days per week.
