    Description
    Chichester College have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist at our Brighton campus . You will join us on a part time, permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of pro rata of GBP23,151 per annum (i.e. Are you looking for that ideal part time Receptionist role in the centre of Brighton?

    As our Receptionist at our Brighton MET Brighton Central Campus, you will provide exceptional customer service and liaise with internal and external customers, providing first line advice and information on general course enquiries in person and on the telephone.

    Dealing with all enquiries directed to Reception.
    Supporting the data team with the college enrolment process.
    Issuing student cards where applicable.
    Maintaining stocks of forms kept on Reception.
    Ensuring the desk diary is kept up to date and clearly communicated throughout the Reception team.
    Receiving, sorting and opening of incoming mail.
    Maintaining Reception and all common areas to ensure a professional, clean and workable environment for staff and visitors.
    Education to GCSE standard Grade C (or equivalent) including English, Maths and IT
    The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all ages and levels, verbally and in writing
