We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

From £24,391.31 per year
