Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.


Duties:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £24,391.31 per year
