JOB ROLE

We are seeking a Functional Skills Tutor/Learning Coach
Dealing with Adult learners 3 days per week covering Manchester in the centre, some virtual from home.
Travelling to Cheshire once a week to deal with young people
1 day per week admin/paperwork
Delivering online and face to face
To support, motivate and mentor the learners
Using a portfolio system
Managing a caseload of learners
Dealing with learners who require additional support to achieve their functional skills
Must have functional skills delivery experience in English and GSCE maths delivery or similar
Ideally a teaching certificate such as CertEd or DTLS, PTLS or similar not essential for the role

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Fully flexible working pattern

Salary £26,000 to £29,750 per annum per annum dependent upon experience
Mileage paid
26 days holiday + stats per annum (4 must be used for Christmas close)
