Admin Locality Pathway Allocation (LPA) Coordinator, Band 4

Fixed Term Contract - 9 months

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (flexible agile working)

Base - Coventry (Swanswell Point)


We are seeking an organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook in supporting the Community Adult Mental Health Services transformational change programme within Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust (CWPT).

Key responsibilities for this new post will be varied and include working alongside clinical and admin staff to develop and embed efficient processes.

The Admin LPA Co-ordinator will have line management responsibilities and work closely with the Senior Admin Lead assisting across wider admin teams and bases and providing cover in their absence.

As the role will require working closely with other admin and clinical senior managers across CWPT to share best practice, develop and implement training, organise and facilitate meetings, it will require travel to other Trust sites and therefore access to an independent means of travel is an essential requirement.


The post holder will be classed as an 'agile worker' allowing a mix of home and office working across Coventry bases.
