We are now currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher to join a Special Needs School within the London Borough of Enfield.
The SEN Teacher role will be a contract role till the end of the academic year with potential to be offered a permanent contract.
The role ill be to teach a class of 9 students at a pre-school start who all have a diagnosis of ASD and have severely delayedcommunication and learning.
There will either be parking available nearby but certainly a local bus route or train station nearby London Borough of Enfield.
All schools will have a long-lasting relationship with RT Education, therefore you may be offered a contract with the school or a permanent position once you have proven yourself.

Person Specification
- Have experience as a SEN Teacher.
- Need to have a high level of understanding of Autistic Spectrum Needs and SEN.
- Have an enhanced children's DBS (we can put one in place if you do not have one)
- High behaviour management skills.
- Flexibility.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Being an excellent communicator.
- Have a sensitivity and caring approach towards the children and act accordingly towards each child's needs.
- Ability to work alongside other teachers and parents.
