Trinity Manor Care Home, a new purpose-built luxury care home in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire is recruiting now.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Catering Assistant with a passion and flair for providing residents with first class restaurant quality food using fresh seasonal produce to work closely with our Head Chef and Assistant Chef.


You will be welcomed into a supportive team which respects and values each member, seeking to develop their knowledge and skills in a positive, inclusive environment.

You will receive comprehensive induction training and will work with the team to promote the wellbeing, dignity, respect and choices of the residents.

About You
You will have a kind and caring approach with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents.

You will have sound knowledge of nutrition, allergens and dietary modification to meet the needs of residents.

You will have experience with cleaning of a kitchen environment and have sound knowledge of COSHH regulations.


You will have experience in working with fresh seasonal food, supporting in the preparation a palatable menu that addresses the preferences of the residents.


You will have the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment within our home and have the ability to confidently engage with residents and the team to create appetising menus.


You will work well within the team, supporting and teaching junior staff members and acting as a role model in maintaining high standards through adherence with best practice.

You will have experience in a commercial are care home kitchen environment.

You will have the right to work within the UK.
