We have a fantastic opportunity to join our well established client based in Nottingham. You will join their Customer Service team on a full time, permanant basis.

Monday-Friday 9-5


Customer Service Advisor:


  • Respond to all customer enquries and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide quotes to customers and process orders
  • Keep customers up to date on delivery times
  • Process invoices
  • Resolve all customer issues in a timely manner
  • Experience in a similar Customer Service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Able to liaise with external departments
