Are you looking for a new role in social care with a manageable caseload along with hybrid flexibility and part time opportunities available too, then the role I have will be for you


I am working with a
not for profit, therapeutic independent fostering agency who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their growing team as a
supervising social worker.


In this role you will be expected too manage a caseload of approved foster carers and foster carers going through the assessment process whilst also going above and beyond for the children and the foster carers in the placements you are supervising.


Benefits

  • Manageable caseload of 10 max
- £30,000-£32,500 +£3,600 Car allowance

  • Home Based Flexibility
  • Full/Part time

Experience and skills needed

  • Experience working within childrens services in either a local authority or an Independent fostering agency
  • BA Hons SW, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Registered with social work England
