A specialist Practice of Chartered Surveyors located in Central London are seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor.

As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, you will join a team that work with some of London's high end Commercial properties, generally around the West End.

You will be given all the necessary support from an extremely successful team of Senior BuildingSurveyor's to completely your APC and gain MRICS accreditation.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be based in a state of the art, Central London converted office, working on a varied array of work ranging from commercial office fit-outs to retail properties and hotels.

You'll gain all necessary disciplines including;defect diagnosis, dilapidations, party wall matters and contract administration.

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
6+ months Private Practice Building Surveying experience
Committed to career progression and gaining MRICS
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Be selfmotivated, ambitious and organised
Work well with others, have a collaborative attitude
