Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Paid Social Business Director:

  • Delivering paid social though-leadership for all clients.
  • Ensure paid social strategy remains top class in the market by constantly striving to stay ahead of competitors by innovating on channels, formats, performance, data and analytics.
  • Develop, maintain and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the content team delivers integrated paid social campaigns to clients.
  • Manage teams to ensure client objectives are achieved to budget and deadline.
  • Work with investment team to ensure commercial deals with partners are robust and valuable.
  • Constantly seeking new business opportunities for the Manchester office.
  • Ensure paid and nonpaid social submissions align and clearly demonstrate the value of integrated social.
  • Develop top quality paid social case studies.
  • Extensive experience in digital advertising and social media in a clientfacing environment.
  • Multichannel digital experience.
  • Proven success of growing current client spends as well as finding new business.
  • Excellent managerial and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Passionate about social media, social platforms, API's and related ad products.
  • Excellent numerical skills and highly analytical.
