About Our Client:
Our client is a reputable firm in the Property industry with a significant presence. With over 500 employees, they are committed to providing quality services to their customers.
- Assisting with daily accounting tasks and procedures
- Maintaining financial records and carrying out general bookkeeping
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
- Performing administrative tasks as needed
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline operations
- Helping to create and maintain a positive and professional working environment
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive working environment
