Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs Supervisor/Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London.

What the job will be doing

Provide technical support to the housing services team in respect of planned and cyclical maintenance work
Carry out dilapidation surveys and property business reviews in order to identify defects and hazards
Produce and provide site specific Health and Safety and Risk Assessment documentation
