We're looking for a marketing coordinator who is passionate about customer education and helping customers succeed.

In this role you'll join a dynamic and collaborative team of driven marketers to nurture our customers from purchase to renewal.


Building and executing high impact educational content, you will aim to encourage adoption, retention, and loyalty within our customer base.

The role:


You will:

  • Coordinate the creation of online educational resources and events for customers, including program planning and execution, promotion, postevent followup, and performance analysis.
  • Work with Customer Marketing Managers and peers globally across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product to understand customer needs and build a pipeline of content which addresses common trends and pain points at relevant stages of the customer journey.
  • Define and implement monthly reporting for content programs and use the data to make recommendations of how to improve video and webinar content in line with company priorities
  • Regularly review performance and relevance of existing content and use data to make recommendations whether to refresh, repurpose, keep, or delete. Secure agreement with stakeholders and implement
  • Own and manage monthly Redgate newsletters, and ensure that the newsletters are supporting crossfunctional initiatives
  • Carry out internal and external research to better understand customers' postpurchase training needs and industry best practices, to further improve our customer educational programs.
  • Liaise and build strong relationships with internal and external experts to build a pool of credible and reliable presenters

Your experience:


  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in the software industry.
  • Experience in creating and managing content, running webinars or using online events platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking and a datadriven mindset, with the ability to draw insights and act on findings.
  • Experience of using Google Analytics to report on performance.
  • A strong team player, able to build strong productive relationships, and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience using the following tools or similar will be a great advantage: Adobe Premiere Pro, WordPress, Marketo, Kaltura or other online events platform.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, with a keen interest in prioritising workload and taking your own initiative.
  • A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering an excellent customer experience.
