    Description
    Senior Heat Pump Engineers

    Are you the go to engineer in your current firm?

    You will need to be computer literate because of the nature of the senior role.

    We design and install bespoke heat pump systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the UK.

    Our mission is to reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption while delivering reliable and efficient heating and cooling solutions.


    Collaborate with our engineering team to design bespoke ground source heat pump systems tailored to client requirements and project specifications.

    Conduct comprehensive site surveys and assessments to evaluate feasibility and identify optimal locations for heat pump installations.


    Installation Expertise:
    Perform meticulous heat loss/gain calculations and system sizing to ensure optimal heating and cooling performance.
    Provide expert technical support and training to clients and internal staff on heat pump operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    Diagnose and resolve technical issues with existing heat pump installations promptly and effectively.


    Leadership & Career Progression:


    Progress into a supervisory position within 6 to 12 months, where you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing projects from inception to completion.

    Proven track record in the design, installation, and maintenance of air source and ground source heat pump systems.
