    Plumbing and Heating Engineer(Reactive Maintenance) CoventryArea

    We are currently seeking anexperienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team focusingon reactive maintenance work within the Coventry area. This role isideal for a dedicated professional ready to handle a variety ofmaintenance tasks in domestic settings without the requirement foremergency callouts.

    RoleOverview:The selected candidate will be responsiblefor performing reactive maintenance work addressing and resolvingissues across a range of plumbing and heating systems in domesticproperties. This position does not involve emergency callout dutiesallowing for a predictable and balanced workschedule.

    Responsibilities:

    • Carryout reactive maintenance and repairs on plumbing and heatingsystems.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot issuesefficiently ensuring all work is completed to a highstandard.
    • Maintain accurate records ofcompleted jobs and materials used.
    • Provideexcellent customer service ensuring clear communication and timelyresolution of issues.
    • Adhere to safetyguidelines and company standards at alltimes.

    Requirements:

    • Provenexperience in plumbing and heating maintenance with a strongbackground in domestic environments.
    • Relevantqualifications and certifications in plumbing and heatingengineering.
    • Gas Safe registration is highlydesirable.
    • Full UK drivinglicence.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills andattention to detail.
    • Strong organizational andtimemanagement abilities.
    • Commitment toproviding highquality customerservice.
