You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home.

What you'll be doing:

Along with the Inclusion Manager you'll develop and implement an effective Inclusion and Belonging strategy and engagement plan to support our ambition of being a place where people love to work
Business Partner our five Employee Networks providing strategic direction and challenge
Manage the local Inclusion Committees to ensure they are driving activity that is aligned to strategy and drives engagement
Use your credibility as an Inclusion practitioner to act as a consultant to key stakeholders to inspire new ways of thinking
Assist with the external submission of awards, indices and reporting
Support with administrative tasks such as the creation of management reporting, Board packs and analysis of data

About you:

Ability to innovate and bring new ideas and thinking to what/ how inclusion is delivered at AXA UK
Exceptional organisational skills
Stakeholder management skills in a complex environment, and ability to influence and make a positive impact
Business acumen, with a strong interest in understanding AXA and the markets in which we operate
Consultation and customer orientation
Presentation, negotiation and communication skills
Data analysis and reporting skills

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
