You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home.


What you'll be doing:


  • Along with the Inclusion Manager you'll develop and implement an effective Inclusion and Belonging strategy and engagement plan to support our ambition of being a place where people love to work
  • Business Partner our five Employee Networks providing strategic direction and challenge
  • Manage the local Inclusion Committees to ensure they are driving activity that is aligned to strategy and drives engagement
  • Use your credibility as an Inclusion practitioner to act as a consultant to key stakeholders to inspire new ways of thinking
  • Assist with the external submission of awards, indices and reporting
  • Support with administrative tasks such as the creation of management reporting, Board packs and analysis of data

  • Ability to innovate and bring new ideas and thinking to what/ how inclusion is delivered at AXA UK
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Stakeholder management skills in a complex environment, and ability to influence and make a positive impact
  • Business acumen, with a strong interest in understanding AXA and the markets in which we operate
  • Consultation and customer orientation
  • Presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Data analysis and reporting skills


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
