UP TO £60,000 + BENEFITS

Experienced in conversion rate optimisation? This is a great opportunity to join a growing customer experience agency and work with a range of clients across multiple industries as a Digital Optimisation Consultant.


THE COMPANY
The agency works across two main offerings, including conversion rate optimisation and UX personalisation. Through this they have built up a strong client base which includes some big international names working on everything. In addition, they have invested into an onsite UX lab and have the latest tech in UX research.


THE ROLE
You'll work alongside designers and developers in a 'pod' structure of team setup, which are led by consultants.

With a mix of hands-on tech work and client facing activity, you'll be key to the success of the conversion function within the agency by setting up and managing end-to-end tests on digital products.

You'll be working across a range of projects in insurance, financial services, recruitment, travel, and retail.


YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A successful Digital Optimisation Consultant will have:

  • Experience using Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target
  • Articulating endtoend testing
  • CRO experience from an agency, retail, financial services, or insurance background
