    Job Description DATA AND ANALYTICS MANAGER (SAVING'S PORTFOLIO)

    The company is 16 years old and in 2015 was the first ever peer-to-peer lending company, giving their customers access to loans built for real-life and intelligent investments backed by cutting-edge tech with a data-driven focus.

    The role is a Data and Analytics Manager for the Saving's product portfolio where you will have the opportunity to make an impact and help optimise the Saving's account products through a data-centric approach.

    Generate key insights from data and drive decision-making through insights and analysis on customer, market, industry, and commercial data.

    Model potential and recently launched features or products to analyse financial benefits/outcomes and customer views.
    Deliver monthly Savings MI and present findings to savings Team and senior leadership/stakeholders.

    Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Designers, and Operations to solve problems and build the best possible experience for consumers.

    Foster a deep understanding of the savings market to gain a better understanding of changes to MI and commercial models.

    Experience working in a quantitative background and are excited by data.
    Experience working with Senior Management/Stakeholders.
    Previous coding experience using Amplitute, Excel, and SQL.

    Flexible working (1-2 days a week in office)
