    Description

    Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust is a primary academy trust, based in Dudley, West Midlands. We currently consist of seven very different primary schools, ensuring that our Trust is a diverse and exciting place to work and learn.

    Pre - School Nursery Manager (Jobvacancy reference: HVT 0525)

    Our lovely Preschool nursery is looking for an experienced and confident Minimum Level 3 Early Years Manager to join our existing friendly, professional and hardworking team to provide the highest standard of care for children in the setting.

    You will be appointed on Grade 7, working 37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. You will be appointed on a permanent contract.

    Your actual salary range will be £25,835 - £28,313 per annum.

    You will:

    • To deliver safe, high quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years.
    • To fulfil legal and statutory requirements.
    • To lead and manage staff on a day-to-day basis.
    • To contribute to and to implement early years policies.
    • Be an effective practitioner with the ability and desire to improve their practice
    • Have high expectations of yourself and others
    • Have a proven record of working in a nursery/EYFS environment
    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Be highly organised, motivated and flexible with the ability to inspire and challenge children
    • Be able to promote the vision and values of the school, demonstrating high professional standards.
    • Recognised DFE EYFS Level 3qualification for childcare ratio.
