- Work closely with experienced joiners to prepare materials, assemble components, and assist with various woodworking tasks.
- Safely handle and transport materials such as timber, hardware, and tools around the workshop and job sites.
- Provide on-site assistance by ensuring the workspace is organized, clean, and conducive to efficient workflow.
- Help maintain high standards of craftsmanship by carefully following instructions and inspecting finished products for quality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the joinery or construction industry is preferred.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
