Description

Our client is a big player in the FMCG Business, looking to hire a Credit Controller.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations and to ensure appropriate levels of business control and process compliance.

This is a Londonbased role offering Hybrid working, an excellent salary and benefits.

The key accountabilities include:

Business Partnering of the Shared Service Operator in the delivery of the transactional processes, specialising in Cash Collections
Business Partnering of the Sale Function and deliver great customer services and stakeholder management skills
Act as a point of escalation and support for the UKI Team
Support Cash Collection processes to maximise the operating cash flow and drive governance of the cash collection
Own internal escalation to support the clearance of stubborn issues
Maximise cash collection for the company through interaction with customers and own support and query resolution processes
Take ownership of customer disputes to maximise the cash conversion cycle
