- Service, install and repair gas appliances and related equipment
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Conduct reactive visits, including fault identification, diagnosis and repairs
- Maintain and update asset lists to ensure contracts are current
- Assist in preparing quotes for remedial projects and minor works
- Collaborate with the team to grasp customer needs and clearly communicate ongoing tasks
- Complete service and maintenance inspections promptly and to a high standard
- Ensure availability of all necessary tools, materials and equipment for assigned tasks
- Report any stock shortages promptly
- Adhere to company procedures regarding paperwork, time sheets, activity sheets and vehicle checks in a timely and accurate manner
- Comply with health and safety regulations, information security protocols and company guidelines

- Valid UK driver's license
- Solid understanding of industry health and safety standards
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Ability to solve technical problems effectively
- Capability to work closely with end-user clients
- Preferably hold health and safety certifications like PASMA or IPAF
- Commercial Gas Qualified (CoDNCO1, TPCP1(a), ICPN1, CDGA1, CORT1)
- Domestic Gas Qualified (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)

Job Overview - Commercial Gas Engineer
We are looking for someone to diagnose and resolve plant issues efficiently. This role involves handling planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and new installations to meet diverse client needs.
Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
Includes participation in a regular call-out rota
