- Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00
- Inclusion in a regular on-call rotation
- Service, install, and maintain gas appliances and related machinery.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Carry out emergency visits, including identifying faults, troubleshooting, ensuring safety, and providing repairs.
- Keep asset lists up to date by updating, renewing, and correcting them as required.
- Assist in preparing quotes for necessary repairs and minor projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to grasp customer needs and clearly communicate ongoing tasks in a professional manner.
- Conduct service and maintenance inspections efficiently and to a high standard within set timeframes.
- Ensure availability of all essential cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment for assigned tasks. Report shortages promptly.
- Complete all paperwork, timesheets, activity logs, and vehicle checks accurately and on time as per company guidelines.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, Information Security standards, and company procedures consistently.

- Possession of a valid UK driver's license.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific health and safety practices.
- Prior experience in a similar position.
- Aptitude for technical issue resolution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with end-users.
- Preferably hold health and safety certifications like PASMA or IPAF, although not mandatory.
- Commercial Gas Certification (CoDNCO1, TPCP1(a), ICPN1, CDGA1, CORT1).
- Domestic Gas Certification (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
