CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering exclusively with a not for profit organisation based in Christchurch, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit an Interim Finance Manager.

This role is initially being recruited on a three month interim basis,although does have the potential to be made permanent.


What will the Interim Finance Manager role involve?

  • Daily management of the finance function, excluding any staff management;
  • Management accounts preparation;
  • Oversee payroll & transactional accounting;
  • Regular business partnering and communication with senior management;
  • Maintenance of established accounting controls and processes.
  • An ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential;
  • Not for profit experience is advantageous.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Interim Finance Manager:

  • Some flexibility around working hours;
  • One / two days remote working per week, dependant on reporting requirements.
