Brief Description:

This is a key role in the achievement of Jazz business objectives for the Global Pharmaceutical Development (GPD) Operational Support Team.

Budget, Procurement) and administration in support of operating targets and objectives of the group. Organise and facilitate departmental and non-project team meetings within GPD, as required.

Manage GPD procurement requests and legal review by working closely with the procurement and legal teams to ensure work can be executed within project timelines.

Support the maintenance of Pharmaceutical Development project budgets. Support tracking and performance against the project budgets in conjunction with the project managers and CMC Leads.

Collaborate with Finance and project management department in cost reporting and expediting finance related issues, e.g., invoice payments, R&D tax credits, FCST's (budget forecasting).

Work with CMC team members and project management to submit accruals for supported CMC projects.

Confident, capable, highly flexible person, who works well in a team environment and has the necessary skills to organize, communicate, influence when required.

Strong IT skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in SAP, Coupa/S2P is advantageous.
Experience in financial processes such as budgeting/forecasting/accruals is required. Bachelor's degree / diploma in a business-related discipline preferred.
