Role Context:
Working under the direction of the Office/Facilities Manager to provide general clerical and administrative support as part of a busy Admin Team.
You'll be:
- Assisting the Office/Facilities Manager with document preparation and formatting using company templates, including reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Assisting the Office/Facilities Manager in the coordination of events, including large project functions. Assisting other team members where appropriate.
- Working with facilities team to report faults.
- Providing administrative support to the Office/Facilities Manager.
- Assisting in setting up meeting room bookings, catering orders and any other special requirements.
- Ensuring office consumables are made available to personnel and coordinate regular stationery orders.
- Undertaking reception duties, answering general telephone and face to face enquiries, signing in visitors.
- Managing basic to intermediate in house documents/signs are kept up to date
- Carrying out general adhoc administration duties, as required.
- Supporting new hires, including providing inductions and office tours.
You'll have:
- At least 1year general office experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft office suite of products.
- Basic/intermediate word and excel skills.
- Able to operate in a team environment.
- Able to undertake tasks with minimum supervision.
- Able to coordinate activities to meet deadlines in a timely fashion.
- Proactive team player.
