Your Role as a Site Agent/Sub-Agent:

Planning and organising on-site labour
Efficient utilisation of all resources on site
Safe, ontime, and budgeted delivery of contracts
HSEQ adherence
Upkeeping of site records and registers
Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures
Building and maintaining strong on/offsite relationships

Your Skills:

Minimum HNC level qualification in Civil Engineering
Previous experience as a Sub Agent in a civil contracting environment
Experience in rail and infrastructure Civil Engineering sectors is essential
SMSTS certification
