Your Role as a Site Agent/Sub-Agent:

  • Planning and organising on-site labour
  • Efficient utilisation of all resources on site
  • Safe, ontime, and budgeted delivery of contracts
  • HSEQ adherence
  • Upkeeping of site records and registers
  • Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong on/offsite relationships

Your Skills:


  • Minimum HNC level qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Previous experience as a Sub Agent in a civil contracting environment
  • Experience in rail and infrastructure Civil Engineering sectors is essential
  • SMSTS certification
