Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Company Driver & Logistics Scheduler to join our dynamic team
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving surveyors to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient travel, alongside managing scheduling and administrative responsibilities with assistance from our office team.
This position offers a unique blend of logistical coordination and administrative prowess, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport Coordination: Safely transport surveyors to and from various locations across the UK, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate last-minute changes and ensure punctuality and efficiency.
Scheduling: Organise and manage the schedules for multiple surveyors, coordinating with other members of the logistics and administration team to ensure seamless operation. Adjust and communicate any schedule changes promptly to all relevant parties
.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including managing travel logs, expense reports, and assisting with project documentation as needed.
Feedback and Reporting: Collect feedback and contribute to the improvement of logistics and scheduling processes.
Requirements: Full, clean UK driving licence with a proven track record of safe driving with minimum of 5 years no claims.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Competence in basic administrative tasks and familiarity with Microsoft office software.
Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasionally weekends.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
