Early Careers/ Graduate Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist
West Midlands/ Birmingham

Salary £25k to £30k

I am looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading private sector business based in Birmingham.

You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in direct sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and managing the full recruitment life cycle, ideally in the Professional Services, Legal, Finance or Telecoms industries.


Key responsibilities:

  • You will be a leading member of the Award winning Talent team
  • To provide support and guidance internally and externally, with the aim of selecting and recruiting high quality graduate talent across the firm
  • Working closely with hiring managers to determine current and future resourcing requirements
  • Identifying, organising and initiating recruitment advertising activity through relevant media channels to generate prospective employees

What skills we are looking for:

  • A dynamic, driven individual with a desire for progression.
  • Be in a similar recruitment role
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems to deliver both internal and external experienced and direct hires across a range of business functions
  • Experience of implementing a range of attraction and selection methodologies, especially innovative sourcing solutions and competencybased interviewing techniques, across a diverse range of role's
