The Company
Solis Recruitment have proudly partnered with a growing SEO Agency looking for an SEO Account Manager.
Our client has partnered with a range of well-known Corporate and SME clients across the Food, Drinks, Retail, Tech, Property and Finance industries.
This role will be remote with a 4 days working week.
The Role
As the SEO Account Manager you will be responsible for building and growing client relations, overseeing the delivery and output by the pod (consisting of two SEO specialists) and ensuring deliverables are aligned with the brief and strategy.
The role is a client services role where 70% of your time will be spent managing client strategy and daily communication. 30% of your time will be spent building high level SEO deliverables and helping your team of specialists.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a range of client relationships, helping build successful strategies to support clients in fulfilling their business objectives.
- Building SEO and content strategies for clients and helping them to implement the strategy on their site to achieve their objectives.
- Ensuring the SEO Specialists provide standard SEO deliverables such as technical audits and keyword research.
- Providing clients updates from; Weekly Status reports, having regular client catch up calls, sharing monthly reports and QBR's.
- Helping clients understand how the Technical and On-Page strategy will benefit their business objectives and liaising with the Digital PR team about Off-Page strategies.
Skills and Experience required
To be successful in your application you will already be working at an SEO Account Manager level with over 5+ years SEO experience working with reputable agencies.
You should have/be:
- Working within a client services role, helping clients build a robust SEO strategy.
- A strong working knowledge of SEO and digital PR and be able to help clients understand the importance of work and answer any questions they may have.
- An understanding of the sales process and be comfortable pitching for new business and putting together new business pitch decks.
- Personable and enjoy talking with clients and helping them solve challenging problems.
- A high level of written and verbal communications skills, and will be comfortable meeting clients in-person.
- Experience in writing business cases and talking to high level stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and help clients stand out in a constantly evolving landscape.
The role will suit an SEO Account Manager passionate about all areas of organic search and helping clients build robust strategies. The role requires monthly travel to London, so being based in a commutable area to London is a must.
The salary range on offer is between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and offers 28 days holidays.
