    Description

    General Operative / Counterbalance Driver

    We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled General Operative with Forklift Counterbalance experience to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating machinery, feeding plastic products into machines, pre-cleaning products, wrapping pallets, operating forklifts, and assisting with general labouring tasks. This position may involve some heavy lifting, so physical fitness and stamina are essential.

    Working Hours:

    NO WEEKENDS

    Days: 5:45am - 2pm (Monday to Friday)

    Afternoon: 1:45pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday)

    (Note: Shift rotation basis)

    Pay Rate:

    / hr - including shift allowance

    / hr - including shift allowance

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operate machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring the smooth production process.

    Feed plastic products into machines according to production requirements.

    Pre-clean products to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

    Wrap pallets securely to prepare them for storage or shipment.

    Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse.

    Assist with general laboring works as needed, including but not limited to, loading and unloading goods, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse.

    Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

    Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Previous experience as a General Operative in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
