    Description

    Swoop are exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing national real estate business who are looking for a talented Payroll Specialist to join their growing team.

    Our client has grown significantly through acquisition over the last two years and will continue to expand; Incorporating new businesses into a central Payroll function will present challenges and offer the environment for a talented candidate to develop significantly in their career.

    As well as the day-to-day tasks of supporting the delivery of monthly payrolls, the successful candidate will contribute to harmonisation and transformation projects.

    These projects will lead to the automation of the Payroll administrative tasks and focus on providing expert analysis and advice to key stakeholders.

    Extensive experience in payroll processing
    Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation
    Strong analytical skills with experience in payroll analysis
    Proficiency in handling pension processing and auto-enrolment
    Experience in managing payroll for acquisitional businesses
    Minimum of 5 years of in-house or bureau payroll experience
    Previous involvement in process and system implementations
