Payroll Officer – £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus – City of LondonFrazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within Financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Officer to join on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working (3 days per week required into the office)

The Role:
Supports payroll operations by reconciling, inputting, and compiling payroll data, maintaining payroll records, and calculating payrolls.
Addresses queries from both Finance and HR teams.
Assists in maintaining the Empower and Assessa Systems.
Investigates errors and provides responses to employee inquiries.
Manages communications with HMRC and DWP regarding employee claims.
Administers the HR/Payroll System and updates the Assessa P11D system.
Collaborates with the Benefits Team to ensure smooth benefits processing via payroll.
Aids in the setup and maintenance of monthly Management Information reports.
Manages split costing and recharges on a monthly basis.

Operates within the Bank's Risk Management framework and complies with relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, promptly escalating any concerns to their supervisor.

Skills Required:
Strong UK Payroll Knowledge.
Expat/ shadow payroll exposure.
Excel knowledge
