    Base Salary £23000 (depending onexperience)
    OTE £28000 £30000 Officecommission
    Mon – Fri 9530pmand 1 in 4 Saturdays 93:30pm
    Poole Car provided must have a license andat minimum be able to get to and from the office (having your ownvehicle is ideal but notessential)

Having been established for many years they are asuccessful run franchise with great career progression in housetraining and offers a great environment and culture to work in.They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their Sales Team.

    The ideal candidate wouldhave:
    • Experience in a salesnegotiator role (min 6 months) and have a desire and ambition toprogress is essential
    • Results Orientated/SelfMotivated/Team Player
    • Persuasive with highenergy level but reliable and committed
    • StrongCommunicator both verbal and written/numerate
    • Full UK driving licence
    PrincipalResponsibilities
    •     Achieve all salestargets

    • Liaise on a day to day basis withcustomers and satisfy then exceed customer enquiries

    • Book viewings using IT system

    •Complete customer records and update records in ITsystem

    • Conduct accompanied viewings withclients and establish needs

    • Encourage secondviewings; offers etc where appropriate

    • Entercustomer viewing feedback on to IT system

    •Generate offers

    • Adhering to legislationprogress offers to sale and completion

    •Generate new business by booking valuation appointments

    • Build relationships with colleagues andclients

    • Manage and maintain on a daily basisall administrative systems and procedures.

    •Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliverexcellent customer service

    • Maintain anexcellent standard of company records

    • Workclosely with other third party operators where appropriate toexceed customer expectations

    • Administer allresponsibilities in the most cost effective way and always operatewithin approved budgets and Company Policies
