If so, we have an opportunity for a
Senior Marketing Assistant (Direct to Consumer) to join our Regatta Marketing Team.

The Senior Marketing Assistant role is a crucial team component that bridges brand and consumer marketing. You must be the expert in understanding all collateral available and helping distribute the assets internally and externally.

The role assists with the production and execution of brand campaigns for all territories, including POS, Digital screen content, image uploads and social assets.


This role does need a full UK driving licence and may involve travel in the UK or Europe, which could require some weekend or evening work.

There will also be some manual lifting required.


The Impact you will have in this role is:

  • Work with the team to support, develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, including identifying target audiences and developing creative content.
  • Assist with the planning and executing of multichannel campaigns.
  • Briefing campaigns to our internal creative team and external agencies clearly and concisely.
  • A consistent, creative approach and brand message across all communications for 360° marketing.
  • Assist with the preparation of creative and print briefs for POS and graphics.
  • POS produced and delivered to all DTC channels, including international stores and warehouses.
  • Support the management of the seasonal campaign and POS calendar.
  • Monitor seasonal stock POS and retail unitary, forecast usage, place orders negotiate costs.?
  • Organise delivery for stock and bespoke POS items and liaise with partners, customers, or our own DTC department heads.
  • Assist our marketplace and wholesale online retailers in understanding and supporting bespoke requirements.
  • Work with our retail, marketplace, wholesale, and concessions partners to ensure all brand and product assets used within their digital channels align with the campaign plan.
  • Assist in all image management on the Regatta content hub, including image uploading, tagging, and general updating.
  • Core Regatta products and commercial retail fully understood.?
  • Competitor analysis undertaken to maximize brand content across retail, digital and wholesale channels.
  • Seasonal research provided on new and exciting concepts.
  • Good relationships established and maintained with internal stakeholders.

As our future Senior Marketing Assistant, you will have:

  • Strong market knowledge of the outdoor industry
  • Understanding of social media eg. Geotargeting ads
  • Print production experience (beneficial)
  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • A full UK Driving licence
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fastpaced environment
  • Selfmotivation
  • Drive to achieve
  • The ability to organise self and flexible attitude
  • The ability to manage multiple projects
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
