We have a new exciting opportunity for a
Programme Coordinator to join our clients, a large manufacturing company based in
Darwen.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and project manage customer rate/recovery plans
  • Own customer demand profile and sales plans, yearly / monthly.
  • Report on Performance to rolling plan (revenue, Margins, Price, volume)
  • Customer communication focal routine reviews, on and off site
  • Interface to customer VOC (delivery & quality) and timely resolution
  • Coordinate site production rate readiness with the planning team.
  • Ensure goal alignment between Customers and Program scorecard metrics and reports.
  • Partner with Planning team to develop, establish and implement OTD processes/metrics, guidelines and policies.
  • Interface with multifunctional teams within the Company to support better supplydemand planning.
  • Report on Customer Experience with the Client.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong MS Office skillset particularly in Excel
  • PMP; APM and Prince 2 Qualifications (Desirable)
  • An Analytical thinker who is systems oriented and can work with statistical data
  • Ability to motivate employees and driven towards success
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A background in engineering/scheduling and/or projects (desirable)

Salary & Benefits:

- £30,000

  • 4 day week Monday to Thursday 07:15 am to 5:00 pm totalling 37 hours weekly.
  • Holidays start at 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays). Based on working 4day week.
