    Compliance Analyst | Lloyd's Syndicate | London/Hybrid | £40 - 50,000 (doe)nFinitas are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a growing Lloyd's Syndicate in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join their team.

    This is a newly created role due to good company growth offering you lots of generalist compliance experience as well as senior stakeholder engagement.


    nSome of your responsibilities will include:

    nSupporting with the delivery of the Compliance Plan.nOverseeing and delivering on the Conduct Appetite Framework.nAssisting with reviewing Conduct Risk Assessments.nWorking across Product Governance and Consumer Duty requirements.nCollating MI for quarterly Product Oversight Group meeting.nEnsuring that all staff have been provided with relevant Compliance training.nContribute to the review of Compliance polices annually.nOversight and updating of Group Registers.


    nExperience required:


    nMinimum 2 years compliance experience.nMust have experience of working for an insurer - ideally Lloyd's/London market.nHave a good understanding of insurance regulations, preferably Lloyd's/London Market as well as FCA & PRA regulations.nExcellent communication skills both written & verbal with the ability to build relationships at varying levels.nGreat organisational skills with the ability to work in fast paced environments.nPlease note that you will be required to work in their London office 2/3 days a week.nThis is a brilliant opportunity to excel in a small business with plenty of exposure for further development & career progression.
