We are now looking to add an experienced recruiter intothe team. You will get all the support you need from us; you just need to show us the right motivation and attitude

As Grafton are part of the Gi Group, we have exposure to the wider group such collaborating with international clientele, getting support from the National Sales & Bidding Team as well as external Sales, Training & Development function.

THE ROLE - RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

New business development in order to generate new clients.
Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
Troubleshooting issues and putting preemptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction.
Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - EXPERIENCE/BACKGROND:

23 years professional recruitment experience in a specialist market is essential.
Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
Ability to identify problems and ensure that preemptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future.
