Responsibilities:


  • Supporting students with SEN in a mainstream classroom setting
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to plan and deliver interventions
  • Differentiating work for students with SEN
  • Assessing and monitoring the progress of students with SEN
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:


  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Strong understanding of the curriculum and different teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A passion for education and making a difference in the lives of children
