Wholly owned by ITV and with bases in Leeds, London and Manchester we are looking to recruit a Driver Storeperson to support us in providing a high standard of service to our ProVision clients.


This role entails
This role is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to start a career within the TV industry who has a keen interest in learning more about lighting, camera, sound and grip equipment


The Driver/Store person is responsible for preparation, delivery & collection of equipment to ProVision customers as directed by the Head of Provision and Lighting Supervisor, focusing at all times on providing a high standard of service to all ProVision clients.

Representing ProVision in a professional manner, the Driver Storeperson will deliver and collect equipment from various locations and companies.

You will load and unload equipment; ensuring data is entered accurately on to our stock control system including all items are PAT tested and prepped to our high standards.

You will also maintain our vehicles, cleaning and refuelling as required.


To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

The responsibilities for the role are:

  • Ability to develop a good working knowledge of location lighting, camera, and grip equipment, with a focus on lighting.
  • Loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry on the stock control system.
  • Assist with equipment preparation as required.
  • Delivery and collection of lighting, camera, sound and grip equipment to and from various locations and companies.
  • Carry out maintenance and checking of ProVision vehicles
- training will be given.
  • Help with the delivery and collection of vehicles including Generators to and from locations.
  • Clean and refuel vehicles as required.

Minimum Criteria for the role:


  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- This role involves driving to various locations to collect and deliver equipment therefore a full manual drivers licence is essential.- Potential short notice call out to support production requirements.- This role will involve lifting and carrying large heavy lighting, camera sound and grip equipment.- Demonstrable interest in learning more about lighting, camera, grip, sound equipment.- A strong interest in the TV industry.- Willingness and ability to learn Google Suite/Docs.- Willingness and ability to work in a customer facing environment.- Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment.

The Key role criteria is as follows:

  • Ability to communicate effectively (Written and Verbal) and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work unsupervised when necessary.
  • Knowledge of technology and equipment.
  • Willingness and ability to pass the LGV qualification.
  • Willingness and ability to pass the PAT test qualification.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Knowledge of lighting, camera, sound and grip equipment.
