    Description

    We are currently seeking a highly motivatedand dedicated Year 3 Phase Lead Teacher to join our team at asuperb school in West Ealing. Our core values of honesty andcustomer excellence have made us one of the most reliablerecruitment agencies in the country.

As a Year 3 Phase Leadyou will be responsible for leading the educational direction ofthe phase and ensuring highquality teaching and learningexperiences for students. This is an exciting opportunity for anexperienced EYFS or KS1 teacher with a passion for education andleadership to make a significant impact in the development andsuccess ofstudents.

    Responsibilities

    • Leadthe EYFS phase and collaborate with teaching staff to developeffective teaching strategies and curriculumplans
    • Plan prepare and deliver engaging anddifferentiated lessons that meet the needs of allstudents
    • Monitor and assess student progressproviding regular feedback and support to ensure academicgrowth
    • Implement and uphold school policies andprocedures fostering a positive and safe learningenvironment
    • Collaborate with colleagues tocreate a strong sense of community within the phase and promotecrosscurricular learningopportunities
    • Communicate regularly andeffectively with parents and carers providing updates on studentprogress and addressing any concerns orqueries
    • Lead and participate in regularprofessional development activities to enhance teaching skills andstay updated with educationalpractices

    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Education or a relatedfield
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) orequivalent certification
    • Proven experience as aLower KS2 Teacher ideally with experience in a leadership or phaselead role
    • Excellent knowledge of the primaryeducation curriculum and current teachingmethods
    • Strong classroom management skills andability to create a positive and inclusive learningenvironment
    • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build positiverelationships with students colleagues andparents
    • Commitment to ongoing professionaldevelopment and willingness to learn and implement new teachingstrategies
    • High level of organizational skillsand ability to manage multiple taskseffectively
