About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to
- Develop a DE&I framework within HR to drive strategic commitments, and execution of those commitments, to create an inclusive environment across all diversity factors.
- Enhance DE&I within the employee life cycle by influencing change across HR practices and processes, data collection and utilisation, vendor use, etc. to align HR policies and processes in support of LOB DE&I strategies.
- Be a dedicated internal HR DE&I resource with a primary focus on EMEA, but with extension to APAC and AMERICAs (excluding US) HR teams as appropriate.
- Connect and coordinate with the global and EMEA business DE&I Consultants as appropriate.
- Provide handson execution, expertise and organisation to deliver DE&I initiatives and transformation across EMEA HR products and services.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Responsibilities include:
- Review the employment lifecycle with an HR DE&I lens to identify, develop, and execute initiatives and changes that improve and advance DE&I, e.g. job adverts, search firms, interview process
- recruitment, grad/early talent recruiting
- template Manager DE&I Performance Objectives for Int'l as appropriate
- in relation to HR policies, practices, processes, and touchpoints
- Advise and execute on HR DE&I initiatives/book of work e.g. collection and reporting of additional diversity data on selfID basis for select Int'l countries
- enterprise/LOB DE&I programmes such as Glide, BOLD, neurodiversity
- addition of vendors for search & contingency hiring that can attract more diverse applicants
- annual Gender Pay Gap report(s)
- Diversity audits
- Advise & support delivery of diverse talent development interventions for Int'l talent, in partnership with L&D, Talent Planning funded by EMEA DE&I Council, including working to brief, onboard and oversee external providers
- Build partnerships with EMEA & APAC Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion (DSRI)
Lead BECs on DE&I priorities & initiatives:
ensure regular communication, collaboration, alignment; resolve disconnects & confusion. Partner with the CIB Int'l Developmentofficer on DE&I matters.
- Awareness of market best practices in DE&I space
- Ensure understanding and alignment of the HR DE&I work effort through relationships with key stakeholders
- Partner with International Communications to tell the employee DEI lifecycles stories, communicate priorities, progress, and successes
Required Qualifications,:
- Passion for DE&I transformation and enhancement of HR function activities to drive increased/ improved DE&I in the employee lifecycle
- Creativity in building ideas and offering solutions
- Demonstrated experience with HR programmes and processes (e.g. gender pay gap, selfidentification)
- Demonstrated DE&I expertise / continuous DE&I learner
- Selfsufficient individual contributor who can drive, create, lead, and execute an HR DE&I transformation & enhancement roadmap
- Clear, pragmatic thinker who can effectively prioritise
- Ability to build relationships and credibility with key stakeholders / stakeholder engagement, including senior leaders, HR colleagues, ERNs, DSRI partners
- Strong communication skills, clarity in communication of ideas, concerns, education
