About The Veeve
Veeve provide a fully managed service to homeowners renting their home out whilst they are away and offer guests characterful homes to stay in with a dedicated service.
Our maintenance team deliver an important aspect of the service for both our Guests and Homeowners (Hosts) and it is the role of the Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the Field-based Maintenance team operates smoothly and that all relevant stakeholders are kept up to sate.
About The Role
The role will also see you being out in the field and is 70% field based.
Visiting properties for pre-stay checks, onboarding visits or dealing with guest issues so someone with some maintenance background is preferable.
UK drivers licence is preferable as we can sign you up to the company Zipcar account.Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Field Operations team to ensure the smooth running of fieldbased Maintenance Technician and Field support team and third party contractors
- Providing first line problem solving for instay guest or host issues
- Ownership of property and maintenance scheduling, prioritising requests from internal teams and managing all activities being carried out be third party contractors
- Updating inhouse repairs, new and existing repairs using the Veeve 'task & ticketing' systems.
- Monitor daily maintenance, guest and operations feeds ensuring that all stake holders are kept up to date with progress of tasks/work orders
- Preparing daily tasks/work orders and access for Maintenance Technician's or Field support team, tracking and reporting on progress to relevant teams

- Minimum of 2years experience in a property/maintenance background is essential for this role

- Strong understanding of works orders and reviewing job reports from maintenance contractors
