We are currently recruiting for an Assets & Energy Surveyor to work closely with the Assets Investment Manager and Business Partner to develop the Organisations understanding and approach to improving the energy performance and decarbonisation of our housing assets.


You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of Surveying Functions including Stock Condition Surveys, Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) Surveys, Energy Performance Certificates and Pathfinder and/or PAS2035 Surveys.

This role requires you to have a full driving licence and transportation.


Salary:
£29,170.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Bridgend
