    Description

    Paraplanner Job Opportunity in Fareham

    This Paraplanner role in Fareham is perfect if you're looking to become part of a supportive team where collaboration is key.

    • You will be part of a back office team that includes Administrators, Senior / Technical Administrators, and Paraplanners, all working together to provide valuable support to our team of highly efficient, Independent Financial Advisers.
    • As a Paraplanner, your main responsibilities will involve conducting research, analysis, and report writing to assist our Financial Advisers in their work.
    • Your tasks will revolve around managing the complete client journey, from sourcing suitable solutions through research, to preparing the suitability report and coordinating with the Administrators to ensure smooth processing of business and accurate system updates.
    • You will handle a variety of financial planning cases, such as investments, pension transfers, bonds, VCT, EIS, IHT, among others.
    • To support you in your role, the Technical Admin team will handle the suitability reports for standard cases like ISAs.

    Paraplanner Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Paraplanner is essential for this role.
    • Ideally, you should hold a full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or its equivalent (or be close to achieving this qualification).

    Paraplanner Benefits

    • Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
    • Company perks include an auto-enrolment pension, employee benefits scheme, 20 days holiday plus BHs, rising to 25 days plus BHs after probation.
    • Standard working hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (with possible flexibility on start/finish times).
    • This is an office-based position.
