My client is a global investment company who has their headquarters in the heart of the City.

Counting some of the world's biggest brands amongst their portfolio of clients the service that is offered is second to none and the hospitality offered to Clients and Directors at the headquarters is no different.

This is a small but complex operation with the board expecting excellence to be delivered in every guest interaction.

This is a very operational role where you will be hands-on liaising with the clients regarding requirements and executing delivery along with team members.

My client is looking for a

General Assistant to join the ever growing team and will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and replenishment of the free issue pantries on multiple floor as well as setting up and serving lunch and breakfast.

The successful

General Assistant must be able to think on their feet and action the booking requirements, liaising with the senior managers within the organisation. You will be expected to meet and exceed client needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.

You will need to have worked in a similar corporate operation to be considered for this opportunity.
