KeyDuties/Accountabilities:
Provide aconfidential support service to the day to day running of the DoLSteam
Provide aneffective link with members of the public in particular familiesand representatives of people using careservices.
Maintainaccurate computerised databases with the information systemsrelating to requests for Deprivation of Liberty Safeguardsauthorisations. The process of assessments outcome information andcommunication of outcomes to all relevantparties.
EssentialExperienceRequired:
Experience ofusing IT systems including Word anddatabases.
EssentialQualificationsRequired:
Able todemonstrate a GCSE C grade or above in English and Maths orequivalent.
NVQLevel 2 or equivalent in a relevant subject or proven experience asanadministrator.
Ability todemonstrate good IT skills and be proficient in the use ofMicrosoft officepackages.
Additionalinformation tonote:
Hybrid workingarrangement (two to three times a week in theoffice)
Enhanced DBSrequired
37hours per week (09:00am17:30pm)
